Delete account

Here you can learn how to delete your Nachhaltigkeitshelden user account and all associated data.

Delete your account directly

Sign in and open the „Personal data" (master data) section in your dashboard. There you can delete your account yourself via „Delete account". Direct link: locations.nachhaltigkeitshelden.de/dashboard/persoenliche-daten

Request deletion by email

Alternatively, you can request deletion at any time by emailing info@nachhaltigkeitshelden.de (subject „Account deletion") from your registered email address.

Which data is deleted?

Deleting your account removes your account data: name, email address, profile and login data, saved favourites, reviews and place suggestions you have written, and registered devices for push notifications. Active subscriptions are cancelled.

Which data is retained?

For legal reasons we retain invoices and payment records (in particular for commercial provider accounts) in accordance with statutory commercial and tax retention obligations for up to 10 years, after which they are deleted.

Processing time

Accounts you delete yourself are removed immediately. Requests received by email are usually processed within 30 days.
